Healing Professions Workshop I.

Yesterday afternoon, 22 January 2021, the first workshop of the workshop seminar on the Professionalisation of Healing Professions, organised jointly by the Research Group on the History of Professionalisation and the Centre for the History of Social Change, took place.
The first session of the online workshop was presented by Katalin DETRE (Individual autonomy and collective autonomy in the history of Hungarian movement art) and Ilona KAPPANYOS (Autonomy and/or continuity in the history of the profession of health visitor), with contributions by Zsolt K. HORVÁTH (Department of Media and Communication, ELTE BTK) and Ottó GECSER (Department of Sociology, ELTE TáTK).

The next session will not be long in coming, let's "meet" on 19 February, when we will be exploring the history of the healing professions through two more lectures.
